Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Project Manager to oversee residential custom home projects from groundbreaking to final walk-through. The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple trades, committed to maintaining construction schedules and budgets, and skilled at client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of custom home construction projects
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Oversee scheduling, procurement, permitting, and inspections
Track budgets, change orders, and job costs using BuilderTrend or similar software
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and progress
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and team members
Resolve issues and delays with professionalism and urgency
Maintain project documentation and safety standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in residential construction
Proven track record with custom homes or high-end remodels
Proficiency in construction management software (BuilderTrend a plus)
Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
