Ensuring the process of designing and building your dream home is an enjoyable experience for your whole family.
Whether you initially reach out via email, our website, or by phone, we’ll be ready to answer any of your questions about designing and building your new home.
This first conversation will give you the opportunity to ask us questions and talk through the ideas you have for your new home
From our years of experience building custom designed home on Bainbridge Island, we can give you rough estimates so you can gauge if your new home is within budget.
1. The Initial Conversation
After a contract is signed, we make sure all needed permits are either submitted or approved. Final selections and specifications are made. And we help you get signed up with CoConstruct, so you can stay up to date on the latest budget, communication, and any changes that are made.
2. Pre- Construction
Communication is clear throughout the build via CoConstruct, your online portal, throughout the build. If there are any needed changes that are needed throughout the construction, those can be reviewed and approved on CoConstruct as well.
3. Construction
A thorough handover, to ensure all the features of your dream home are explained and working properly. And after the final inspection, you will receive a ‘Certificate of Occupancy’, officially welcoming you to your new home!
4. Handover
We will return to your home to address any concerns either as soon as possible if required, or during the warrantee period.
