About the Role:
As a Construction Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our crew—keeping job sites clean, organized, moving forward and helping with carpentry needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the construction industry and learn from an experienced team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist carpenters and tradespeople with tasks and material handling
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Load, unload, and organize tools, lumber, and supplies
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Perform general labor and site prep as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
